Technical teams for events - Technicians, stagehands, machine operators, Event managers
We provide technical teams for events across Poland and Europe. We have technicians, stagehands, machine operators, and event managers. When can BWS services be useful to you? - You have a LARGE production and need to supplement your team - You are managing numerous small productions and need more independent teams - You need an event manager to handle local matters for you - You don’t want to waste time on paperwork related to searching for and hiring people Why do we do this? BWS was created, among other reasons, out of frustration with the realities of the industry. Zero skill levels, lack of contracts and safety regulations. Huge staff turnover, money paid out of pocket after the event. No real value for the client. By creating BWS, we wanted to build something lasting. A company that employees can identify with and be proud to work for. A company that offers real opportunities for growth and stability. A company that provides genuine support for clients. A company you can rely on.
