Isomat Mineral Wool Elbows

Isomat Mineral Wool Elbows are essential for insulating sheet moldings and curves of heating and hot water pipes. D3 un-laminated insulation elbows are cut from mineral wool blocks in a single cut or various segments and are delivered as two half shells. V-grooved insulation elbows with ALU-foil are cut from mineral wool pipe sections, laminated with glass-fibre reinforced aluminium foil, featuring a longitudinal slit for easy and quick installation.

Isomat PreFab – trapezoidal cut insulation board

Isomat PreFab, trapezoidal cut insulation board made from high-quality insulating materials and utilizing advanced manufacturing technology, is an obvious choice for those looking to save money. Its economical packaging allows for effective management of transportation costs and maximizes space-saving storage. This premium performance insulation product, featuring innovative technical implementation solutions, makes installation at the job site effortless and proves to be the right solution for everyone. Isomat PreFab with ALU foil is the first product in a family of premium performance insulation solutions. The optimum structure of fibers enables the insulation layer to be oriented perpendicular to the direction of heat flow, providing maximum resistance to heat loss. It is manufactured to specific pipe sizes and insulation thicknesses, with a variety of facing options such as ALU-foil, glass fibers, jacketing, etc. Isomat PreFab with metal sheet is produced as a straight plate and further processed into standard segments. Designed to fit all standard pipe sizes from a diameter of 150 mm and larger, it helps decrease thermal conductivity and reduce energy loss and exterior temperature. Isomat PreFab Elbow System with Shiplap is an advanced, high-performance insulation solution, where pieces are fitted together for increased strength and stability. It prevents thermal bridging that occurs through discontinuities or gaps in the insulation material and helps achieve uniform thermal resistance.

Isomat Melamine

Isomat Melamine foam insulation is a lightweight, open cell foam insulation, developed to be used as the main sound and thermal insulation material with a wide temperature range, low smoke and flame properties. In addition to providing excellent insulation properties, Isomat Melamine also provides outstanding acoustical performance and is therefore used in a variety of ways – buildings, acoustics, transportation, insulation, and the commodity chemistry industry, etc. It is easily shaped and sized to fit whatever project it is necessary and can be combined with a variety of factory applied jacketing.
