MINI BOX Wall Formwork – Lightweight Formwork System – Fast, Flexible, Precise!
The MINI-BOX formwork is the answer to the needs of companies executing small and medium-sized projects, primarily commercial buildings, single-family homes, construction foundations, footings, silos, and retaining walls. The system is based on two types of panels: basic panels for forming ceiling and wall formwork, and multifunctional panels for forming columns and corners – from small single-sided surfaces to extensive double-sided formwork. Their construction consists of flat bars and 12 mm formwork plywood.
Lightweight and Easy to Handle Formwork
The concept of the entire system allows for flexible and quick formwork erection. All panels are lightweight and easy to handle, making them convenient to transport and assemble without the use of a crane. Compared to competitive solutions, the MINI-BOX system stands out with increased durability and a higher permissible concrete pressure on the formwork. Its strength is attributed to its unique construction, where the internal grating is made of 5 mm thick flat bars, while the external framing is made of 6 mm thick flat bars.
By using the MINI-BOX formwork system, users can significantly increase the efficiency of construction work. The system panels can be used up to 100 times without the need for replacement.

The COVEX DB500 is a system of movable aluminum roofs. By using a special bracket, it is possible to install the roofing on any type of scaffolding. The lightweight construction allows for the creation of a roof with a span of up to 18m and unlimited length. The modular design of the aluminum truss beams enables any configuration of the roofing and allows for the expansion or widening of existing structures. The external part of the hall is secured with a keder tarpaulin. It performs excellently as a storage hall, for securing excavations, or as roofing for sports facilities such as courts, ice rinks, fields, or horse riding arenas.
The stairwell mounted to the scaffolding is an additional solution to the problem of communication between levels of the scaffolding. Due to the advantages of this solution, it is often used in many different configurations of the Fox system scaffolding. The stairwell system is available in both steel and aluminum versions. The drawings below show the complete stairwell of the Fox scaffolding system, which can be mounted in any location of any structure built on the above system. Efficient, very convenient, and at the same time safe movement on the scaffolding are the main advantages of such a communication solution between levels.
