Frequently asked questions
Is it really free to list my company?
Yes. The Free Listing plan is permanently free and gives your company a full directory profile, product listings, and the ability to receive RFQs.
How do I get the Verified badge?
A listed company may request verification. The badge cannot be bought and appears only after the applicable identity, contact or document review passes; uploading a file does not guarantee approval.
How do paid plans work today?
Paid packages are onboarded personally by our team: request a package and we contact you to confirm scope and set up invoicing. There is no automated card checkout yet.
What are sponsored placements?
Sponsored placements are clearly labelled promotional slots on high-traffic pages. They are always marked “Sponsored” and never mixed into organic search ranking.
Can buyers use SaharaIndex for free?
Yes — always. Buyers can search, save suppliers, browse profiles, and submit RFQs completely free, with no subscription or commission.
