At the customer's request, it is possible to implement design changes in the ordered tools. The cylinder body is made of high-grade stainless steel, providing excellent protection against corrosion, not affecting the operation of the magnetic field, and allowing for perfect adherence of the die across its entire surface. The cylinder tracks are made from high-quality tool steel, hardened above 60 HRC, ensuring long and trouble-free tool operation. - precision of execution – axial runout at +/- 0.003 mm - possibility of cylinder regeneration - quick turnaround time - auxiliary line on the body for easier die installation - at the customer's request, to reduce weight, the body can be made of aluminum or hollowed out inside.
