Revo PellasX – rotary pellet burner

The new burner is characterized by even greater durability and resistance to lower quality pellets of type A1, A2, and agro. Thanks to the use of a combustion chamber made from InCrox, which is a high-alloy chromium steel, it is considered the most durable combustion chamber available on the market. The burner, with its innovative yet simple service design, performs excellently for the most demanding users. The combustion chamber is entirely made from InCrox as a casting, which guarantees the highest quality and resistance to sulfur and chloride compounds found in lower quality pellets. Lower power consumption The burner features a hybrid drive for the fan and feeder, meaning that this solution reduces the power consumption of the burner overall. Additionally, with the adjustable speed of the feeder in the burner, the boiler operates very stably at low power levels and modulates its power excellently without producing smoke from the burner. If the fan operates at high speeds, the burner feeder works faster. If the fan slows down, the burner feeder operates more slowly, providing fuel to the burner’s combustion chamber in a regular and non-violent manner. Reinforced steel igniter The new type of igniter, which has been tested by the manufacturer for many years, has proven to be the best solution on the market. Its power is as high as 300W, allowing it to ignite any type of pellet quickly, even those made from straw or sunflower. It is mounted on a thread, which prevents damage during the transport of the boiler or when bringing it into the boiler room. Its reinforced resistance also proves effective in the case of electrical surges, where ordinary ceramic igniters often get damaged. Compensating pipe system Thanks to the Compensating Pipe System, this physical property is not a problem but a process that does not cause blockages or jamming of the rotational movement – during the operation of the burner, the protective pipe adjusts its length to the length of the combustion pipe. In standard rotary burners, the internal combustion pipe expands under high temperatures, resulting in the jamming of the rotational mechanism. Efficient air distribution The air blade system increases the efficiency of the combustion process and prevents the oxidation of metal components, which consequently wear out very little. The blades help direct air exactly where combustion occurs while blocking its flow in other areas. This allows us to achieve previously impossible combustion efficiency and the highest, fifth class of emissions. Overpressure combustion system The air supply system centrally delivers air to the combustion chamber to enhance combustion efficiency and safety. The air increases the swirl of the flame, and the use of a Venturi nozzle reduces the possibility of flame backflow. By combining these several solutions, combustion occurs without failure even in the case of chimney draft problems and when using cheap pellets. Fuel feed hatch This element is crucial for the safety of the user and the trouble-free operation of the boiler. The flap opens gravitationally when pellets are fed from the hopper. When fuel is not being supplied, the fuel feed hatch closes, and the potential backflow of flame and melting of the spiro pipe has been practically eliminated. Faster service than ever All burner components are easily removable and quick to service, allowing maintenance costs to be reduced to a necessary minimum. The burner’s actuating elements are of high quality and efficiency, and several or even a dozen seasons pose no problem for them. The lack of need for bearing lubrication places this burner at the top in terms of low operating costs.
