Scorpion 160 SD Disc Chipper - Mobile Scorpion 160 SD Disc Chipper

The SKORPION 160 SD chipper is the best choice for municipal and road companies, offering significant processing capabilities (the maximum diameter of branches that can be shredded is 160 mm) while maintaining a compact size, making it convenient to use in urban areas and on road shoulders during seasonal cutting. The high efficiency of this machine is achieved through the use of a disc cutting system and a Lombardini LDW1603 engine with a power output of 40.1 HP. This is a three-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine. In the Skorpion 160 SD chipper, the cutting system consists of a disc equipped with 2 cutting knives, working in conjunction with 2 support knives. The lifespan of the cutting knives has been optimized through double-sided sharpening, allowing them to be rotated 180 degrees, resulting in twice the usage time. The Skorpion 160 SD chipper has received European homologation, allowing for the registration of the machine and its approval for road use. The chipper is equipped with both a towing brake and a parking brake.
