The SKORPION 250 SDTG chipper is the most technologically advanced mobile disc chipper available for municipal and road companies, as well as those operating in the forestry sector. Due to its high processing capabilities (branch diameter up to 25 cm), it performs excellently when shredding tree trunks and sprawling branches. The chipper's throat measures 420 mm in width and 255 mm in height. The drive system in this chipper consists of a four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine from Kohler or Hatz (power 74.8 HP), and the engine is liquid-cooled. The standard feed hopper of the chipper has been replaced with a manually foldable loading table. The material feeding drive system includes a toothed upper roller and a crawler feeder installed in the foldable loading table. The cutting system consists of a disc equipped with 2 or 3 cutting knives, working in conjunction with 2 support knives. It has homologation, allowing for registration and approval for road traffic.
