Regulated B2B Compliance Framework
Regulated markets are not automatically banned. SaharaIndex uses authorization, document review, jurisdiction rules and admin review to support legal B2B discovery and RFQ intermediation.
Compliance notice
SaharaIndex is a B2B supplier discovery and RFQ platform. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for verifying all regulatory, licensing, import, export, customs, safety and product-compliance requirements before any transaction.
Restricted categories are available only for legally authorized B2B entities and require compliance review before RFQ distribution.
Non-negotiable gates
- No consumer checkout for prescription medicines, controlled substances, veterinary medicines, restricted agrochemicals, hazardous chemicals, F-Gases or other restricted categories in MVP.
- No auto-approval for regulated suppliers, restricted products or high-risk RFQs.
- No compliance claims such as licensed, authorized, GDP, GMP, CE, REACH, F-Gas or CPR unless evidence is uploaded and reviewed.
- Buyer verification, supplier authorization, jurisdiction review and admin review are required when risk rules demand them.
- Restricted workflows must create audit logs and keep RFQ routing restricted until review passes.
- Source discovery must respect robots.txt, terms, rate limits, login walls, CAPTCHA and privacy boundaries.
