Recruitment of CE drivers – direct employment with companies in Germany

Dungito Polska Sp. z o.o. specializes in sourcing and selecting category CE drivers for direct employment with German employers (contract with a German company, full benefits). We serve companies in the transport and logistics sector throughout Germany: linehaul / long-distance, domestic and urban distribution, refrigerated transport, tarpaulin / curtain, BDF / swap bodies, tandem, as well as special projects (e.g., ADR in basic or full). What we do from A to Z: - Sourcing candidates through industry channels (driver job portals, social media, our own databases, referrals, targeted campaigns DE/PL/RO/UA). - Pre-selection and document verification: CE driving license, code 95, driver card, additional qualifications (e.g., forklifts, refrigerated transport), experience on EU/DE routes. - Assessment of fit for the assignment: work system (2/2, 3/1, 4/1, Mon.–Fri.), type of set (BDF, tandem, trailer), type of goods, language proficiency. - Scheduling interviews and driving tests with the fleet manager / dispatcher, preparing the candidate for the meeting. - Support in onboarding from the employer's side: registration, bank account, insurance, examination deadlines, health and safety training, reminders regarding the tachograph and working hours. - Reporting and SLA: weekly pipeline summaries, candidate statuses, time-to-hire, conversions, reasons for rejections. Profile of drivers we provide: - Experience in DE/EU, day and night driving, knowledge of refrigerated/tarpaulin/BDF. - Current documents: code 95, driver card, ADR preferred (basic/full). - Availability to be determined: from "immediate" to 2–4 weeks in advance. Course of cooperation (in brief): - Brief: location of bases, work system, type of set, salary ranges. - Start of campaign and pre-selection (1–3 days). - First profiles + scheduling interviews / driving tests. - Decision and direct employment with the German employer. - Onboarding and first 90 days of support (optionally adaptation monitoring). For whom: German carriers and logistics operators (small and medium fleets as well as network distribution centers) who need a stable influx of CE drivers and want to shorten the time to fill vacancies. Commercial terms: settlement of success fee per hired driver or RPO subscription with a specified monthly volume; possibility to agree on a replacement guarantee in case of unsuccessful onboarding (e.g., 30–60 days).
